Who is in the AEN Team?

The AEN Team collaborates across KS1 School, KS2 School and St Helena Secondary School to ensure every child is supported through:

Collaborative and Dynamic Planning: 

​

• Working closely with school leadership to ensure provision is proactive and effectively organised. Working with parents and school staff to adapt support as children’s needs and strengths evolve.

Targeted Learning Support:

​

• Delivering interventions that build confidence and celebrate individual progress.

​

Open Partnership: 

​

• Maintaining a constant loop of communication between parents,teachers, TAs, and specialists.

​

Capacity Building: 

​

• Modelling inclusive, evidence-based teaching practices to empowerall staff in every classroom.
