Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
The Foundation Stage in St Helena’s curriculum provides foundations in the Early Years for children between the ages of three and five. We believe that young children learn best through rich, meaningful experiences that encourage curiosity, exploration and independence. Our provision is designed to support children’s learning primarily through play, with carefully planned continuous provision that enables children to investigate, explore and develop their own ideas.
